Guidelines for Action Director and Assistant Action Director:
- Action directors or assistant action directors must hire our members on all jobs if the jobs are introduced by our association. If anyone violates the rule, no jobs will be introduced by us in the future.
- In order to encourage action directors or assistant action directors to hire our association members, we will waive the referral fee.

Guidelines for Stunt Member, Wire Stunt Member, Stunt double and other members:
- Members must have Hang Seng Bank or HSBC bank accounts which for deposit the salary.
- Rules for Referral Fee:
- If one daily wages is around HKD1400, should pay HKD50 as Referral Fee.
- If one daily wages is or above HKD2800, should pay HKD100 as Referral Fee.
- Members' salary should be paid though by our association. Our association is acting as an agency role between employers (a company or a person who offers jobs) and employees (our association members). All fees including insurance, tools, transportation, room and board and other fees should be paid by the employers (a company or a person who offers jobs); it is not our association's responsibility to pay the above mention fees.
- For those members who pay by daily basis, once a job is complete, should ask the staff who is responsible for paying salary to give a job duty form (2 copies). After complete the form, one copy will be kept your own and the other copy will be kept by the staff and it will be verified by our association later. Once the verification is complete, our association will deposit the salary to your registered bank accounts as soon as possible.
- The job duty form (2 copies) should be signed together by members and the in-charge person of paying salary. Otherwise, the form will be invalid.
- Members can submit the job duty form in the followings ways:

- By Fax
- By Email

Guidelines for the Employers (a company or a person who hire our members):
- Our Association will charge HKD500 as referral fee for introducing action directors to the Employers.
- The employers must provide us the Business Registered License (for a company) or Hong Kong Identification Card (for a person) copy as well as the contact information of the in-charge person.
- The employers do not directly pay the wages to our members after a job is complete. The employers should transfer the members' wages though online banking to our association. Our association will pay on behalf of your organization to our members.
- Our association is acting as an agency; a company or a person who hires our members will treat as the actual employer as stated in Hong Kong Labor Law. All fees including insurance, tools, transportation, room and board and other fees should be paid by the employers (a company or a person who offers jobs); it is not our association's responsibility to pay the above mention fees.
- The employers can download the job duty form from our association website and review the working guideline for our members from time to time.
- The employers can submit the job duty form in the followings ways:
- In person
- By Fax
- By Email
- If any employer owes our members' salary, our association will reserve the right to pursue the salary legally and we will forbid all members to take place in work.

Aim of forming this Association
- Seek the welfare, rights and interests for the members.
- Strengthen the unity between members.
- Raise the members' prime and level.
- As a communication bridge for members.

Member's Welfare:
The followings would be provided if our association has sufficient fund:
- If member injures from work and encounters economy difficulty, our association will consider situation and allocate available fund to member in order to solve its matter of urgency. The money must return to our association in the future.
- If member requests our association to take action on the related party, our association will consider the situation and make proper action (includes the legal action if needs).
- When we have sufficient fund, our association will offer a place for members to practice skills. Members are required to pay the activity fee if using it.
- Our association will support members for tuition fee for learning special technical ability and action.
- Our association will arrange professional instructor to explain the relevant professional knowledge and skill.
Only our members can benefit the welfare. Temporary members, honor membership and other kinds of members can not gain the above mention benefit.

Qualification of joining us as members:
- One should have at least five years experiences of being an action director, assistant action director or stunt actor.
- Nominated by three action director members for experienced stunt actor.
- One should complete the courses which offered by association and certified as begin level stunt actor or advance level stunt actor.
- One should examine by our association and qualify as begin level stunt actor or advance level stunt actor.

Qualification of Committee members:
- All committee members must be our association members.
- Senior stunt actor who enthusiastic on our association affair is guided by votes or invited by the others Committee members.
- The Honor President or Honor Chairman can invite those have best contribution to our associate or great achievement on action movie.
- Committee member must attend regular meeting at least one time pre month. The meeting schedule can be determined by the Committee member.

Our Rules:
- Job wages of the daily basis:
- Action Director daily wages should not less than HKD8000.
- Assistant Action Director daily wages should not less than HKD2800.
- Wire Leader daily wages should not less than HK1800.
- Stunt double daily wages should not less than HKD2800.
- Stunt actor, Wire Stunt actor daily wages should not less than HKD1400.
- Stunt Trainer daily wages should not less than HKD800.
- Horse Riding Stunt actor daily wages should not less than HKD1800.
- Horse Riding Stunt double daily wages should not less than HKD3600.
- All performers who perform dangerous action, no matter what the acting post is, the daily wages should be negotiable.
- All members if performing advertisement or foreign movie, the daily wages should be count 1.5 times of normal daily wages as mention above.
Remarks:
- If a job already clearly stated the daily wages, our association will treat this job as non-dangerous job.
- As so-called dangerous job, the degree of danger, safety devices, safe coefficient are judged by the professional or one performs the job and action director.
- The more frequency of performing dangerous action, the more chances to get injure. Therefore, the numbers of times while performing will be judged by the professional or one performs the job and action director.
- Computation method of the overtime work for daily wage performers:
- The total working hour for daily-wage performers including dangerous performers is 9 hours for 1 session.
- For every 1 unit overtime working, it requires to pay extra 20% of performer's daily wages.
- If NOT exceeding 30 minutes for a session, it doesn't count as overtime.
- If exceeding 30 minutes but not exceeding 60 minutes, it counts 1 hour overtime working.
- Computation method of the overtime work for other performers:
- Dangerous play performers:
- When the dangerous play was not shot at all, he/she can only collect the daily wages of normal Stunt actor or Stunt double.
- When the dangerous play was not shot at all, if overtime working, calculate with 20% of normal Stunt actor or Stunt double.
- If already working overtime at the time of the formal performance, calculate with his/her 20% of pre-agreed wages.
- If dangerous play performance schedule changes, he/she can only collect the daily wages of normal Stunt actor or Stunt double.
- Horse riding Stunt actor or Stunt double:
- If dress changing or wet the body, require to pay extra 50% of Stunt actor or Stunt double daily wages as for subsidy.
- If performing dangerous actions, such as horse running, falling off from a horse or other other dangerous movement, the salary is negotiated.
- If overtime working for whom salary is negotiated, require to pay extra 20% of Horse riding Stunt actor or Stunt double daily wages.
- Daily wages will count triple on the first, second and third day (time 00:00 to 24:00) of Chinese Lunar New Year. Overtime working is required to pay extra 20% of daily wages.
- Transportation allowance will be HKD400 for modeling or casting for Stunt actor. If exceeding four hours, require to pay the full-day daily wages.
- If the contract did not defined the terms, at the time of the performance that if the member is required to have a hair-cut, he/she can reject the request or negotiate the salary as well as negotiate the overtime wages.
- Negotiate the salary as well as negotiate the overtime wages for the special make up
- Definition of daily wages for connecting play and its rule:
- The connecting play definition is: assigns daily-wages Stunt actor to work after one session.
- If daily-wages Stunt actor has not been informed the connecting play is required, he/she can reject if suddenly request the connecting play.
- If connecting play is needed, besides paying normal wages, has to pay extra HKD300. If working overtime, require extra 20% of his/her daily wages.
- Every 15 days will count as a connecting play deadline. If exceed 15 days, Stunt actor has the right to refuse keep performing.
- If Stunt actor has received the connecting play salary within 15 days, he/she should take the responsibility to finish the connecting play.
- TV connecting play or having a dialogue should pay extra HKD100.
- Calculation of salary for those working at Island:
- If return on the same day, begin to calculate the salary from notice start time. End calculation until reaching the urban area.
- If require to stay overnight, require to pay extra 50% of the daily wages. If require to perform on the return day, begin to calculate the salary until reaching the urban area.
- If it is not required to perform on the return day, it is not require to pay
- Require to pay for all transportation expense, the lodgings expense.
- Overtime work requires to play extra 20% of normal daily wages.
- Definition of working oversea and computation method of salary:
- Pass though Hong Kong immigration office to leave Hong Kong treats as the oversea work.
- The oversea performer's salary should not less than his/her normal daily wages x 1.5 per day
- Pocket money (daily wages, monthly pay, contract), can't less than USD 30 per day. (the laundry fee inclusive).
- The pocket money should be started given from the day leaving Hong Kong to the day returning Hong Kong.
- Should provide meal to the performers during working.
- If overtime work, require to pay extra 20% of the normal daily wage.
- Definition of wet body and its allowance salary:
- Require to pay extra 50% of one daily wages if the job require the performer's body being wet (wet by the rain, human-made rain, water etc)..
- If in the mud, the marsh (possibly can bring disease), the performer can adjust the wages or refuse to perform.
- If the case different from the above 2 cases, the action director should make the final decision.
- If overtime working, require to pay extra 20% of normal daily wages (allowance does not calculate).
- Definition of changing clothes shooting:
- Stunt Actor
- By changing clothes to perform another role, require to pay 50% of normal daily wages.
- If role is being changed by dressing clothes, require to pay extra 50% of normal daily wages.
- Stunt Double
- Not require to pay extra if request changing different clothes under the same place setting and the same role.
- By changing clothes to perform another role, require to pay 100% of normal daily wages.
- Not require to pay extra if change the place within 9 hours but the acting role remains unchanged.
- If stunt actor changes the clothes to transform into the stunt double, or stunt double changes the clothes to transform into the stunt actor, new session (9 hours) is counted. If work overtime, require to pay extra 20% of the last identity's daily wages.
- If work overtime, for one identity is being changed during performance and then roll back the identity, require to pay extra 20% of original identity's daily wages.
Remarks:
- If the member's performance is not satisfied, the guidance of the director may request another member (volunteer) to perform the job, no extra charge is needed. To ensure our assassination's reputation, if replacing non member's performance, require to pay the member a daily wages. Exception if member is a volunteer.
- If stunt actor or stunt double of the above-mentioned situations are working overtime, require to pay extra 20% of normal daily wages after changing clothes.
- Member's salary can be adjusted due to the market needs.
- Definition of the notice postpones (apply to any positions):
- Not require to pay if our member receives postpone notification 9 hours BEFORE the start working time stated in the notice.
- Require to pay half day daily wages if our member receives postpone notification 9 hours WITHIN the start working time stated in the notice.
- Require to pay full-day daily wages if our member receives postpone notification AFTER the start working time stated in the notice.
- If on the contract based, the calculation of daily wages will similar to above-mentioned, only counted by the session that can be regarded as in the contract.
- If salary is negotiated and schedule is postponed, the penalty calculation will base on the normal daily wages of stunt actor or stunt double.
Remarks- The condition for movie and TV is the same. Except the member who is signed contract with TV station.
- Definition of Contract / monthly wages (except TV station):
- If stunt actor or stunt double is required to work more than 10 sessions, treat as the monthly wages or contract-based.
- 武師 / 替身之工作組數若超過第十一組,或第十二,十三,十四或第十五組時,可以以日薪計算或不能少於日薪工資乘以十三組之總數計算。若再超過第十六組時必須重新以日薪逐日計算,或如前面所計算之方式計算,如此類推。
- 副指導若超過十五組工作天時則當作是月薪 / 部頭合約。薪酬自行另議,惟必須不得少於日薪工資乘以十五組之總數為原則。
- Overtime computing method of Contract / monthly wages (except TV station):
- Totally 9 hours for 1 session.
- If exceeding 15 minutes after 1 session, count 1 overtime unit
- If wording overtime reach totally 6 units, it counts a new session. The overtime unit 7th, 8th, 9th will NOT treat as overtime. When reaching the 10th unit and exceeding 15 minutes, count 1 overtime unit
- If overtime calculation is counted by session, the member cannot take the overtime salary in cash by his/her own.
- Wushu will have HKD150 for 1 overtime unit. Substitute will have HKD300 for 1 overtime unit. Assistant director will have HKD250 for 1 overtime unit
- If the person contracts two positions or the above, he/she can only receive overtime payment from one of the positions.
- Overtime computing method of Contract / monthly wages (except TV station):
- 武術指導 / 副指導 / 武師 / 替身於簽署合約日起計,一個月內所簽之工作還沒有開鏡拍攝,其已收取之訂金不用交還給資方及所簽之合約則自動作廢,(惟此點會員必須要求資方清楚列明於合約之內方為有效)。
- 要求資方為其購買勞工保險或其它有保障之保險,亦須清楚列明於所簽署之合約之內。
- 合約期限以開鏡日起計至三個月為期,惟特殊情況下若經雙方同意可縮短及增加期限。
- 在高處拍攝動作或跳下之高度限制:
- 沒有安全設備:若超過八英呎時跳下,薪酬另議。
- 有安全設備:由地面起計超過20英呎者另議。
- 如會員在高處演出時,即使不用跳下,亦可根據情況要求額外薪酬,惟必須得到指導認可。
- 如特別場地(容易受傷,危險性高),雖不超過8呎時亦可另議薪酬,惟亦須得指導認可。
- 如超時工作時以其正常之武師或替身日薪計算。
- 吊威也之高度限制:
- 如沒有安全設備,及超過20英呎以上至40英呎以內,以工半計算。
- 有安全設備超過40英呎可另議薪酬。
- 如超時工作以武師或替身之正常日薪20%計算。
- 威也組規則:
- 威也組每組不得少於四個會員工作,如武術指導認為有需要時可斟酌增加人數。
- 會員做威也動作時,該組威也不得少於四名會員參予,否則,會員不准拍攝(如在外地工作時不在此限)。
- 如拍攝鏡頭內,同時出現超過一個人物(真人),每一人物須由各自獨立威也組負責。
- 威也組之工作時間為九小時。收工後如資方要求威也組收拾威也設備,則須半小時工作時間(電視則要一個小時),若因此而超時工作,
則必須收取。
- 會員如拍攝動作場面時,必須有會員指導或會員副指導在場監督,否則不得演出。
- 會員武術指導或會員副指導不得叫非會員開工,惟拍攝特別動作技能時,會員不能勝任時不在此限。
- 會員於拍攝火燒,爆炸,槍戰,汽車特技時,或任何特殊動作,演出者之安全程度要以該項專業人士之安全準則為主。
- 如會員被邀請作演員時,薪酬自議。若少於月薪或部頭合約規定時,不作違規論。惟其不受本會會規所保障。
- 工作的用膳時間是一個小時,請各會員遵守。
- 如資方要求會員穿回本身服裝拍攝演出,一切v染,損毀由資方負責。
- 會員於開工時不用真實姓名填報,如有事情發生,本會不會代其追究。
- 會員已接通告者,不得無故缺席。
- 會員必須準時到達集合地點或拍攝現場。
- 會員必不得連續工作超過兩組工作時間,以保持良好工作狀態,否則不受本會規例所保障。
- 會員(日薪者),如因遲到而被解僱時,不得向資方索取工資或任何費用。若仍被僱用,其工作時間以其向現場負責人員報到時起計。
- 會員自到現場者,九龍區以半小時為限,郊區及港島以一小時為限。
- 連戲武師必須遵守連戲之責任,如有資方向本會投訴其違反連戲責任時,經本會查明屬實,定向其作出處分。
- 會員必須自律,工作現場不得賭博及生事。
- 會員武師如發覺所做之工作乃替身之工作時,而只收得武師薪酬,該武師有權拒絕演出,或日後才發覺,而有証據者,可交由本會代其追究。
- 任何人士,未得本會同意,不得以本會名義發表言論或行動。
- 會員如有証據証實有某人某公司損害本會之利益或尊嚴者,交由本會斟酌處理。
- 如有會員簽約某公司後發覺該公司已有基本之非會員武術指導,副指導,替身,武師等時,該會員應先要求該等人士入會,遭拒絕時,馬上向會報告,本會將禁止所有會員參予該公司之工作。另該已簽約之會員可繼續遵照合約工作,不作違反會規論,直至合約完成後不得再續新約。
- 凡所有與電視台簽約之會員,必須遵守其與電視台所簽定之合約行事,如與本會規例有所抵觸時,不作違反會規論。
- 如有會員違反會規,又不能向本會作出合理之解釋,本會定必向其作出處分。輕者被罰停接通告若干時候,重者被取消會藉。
- 外語電影 / 電視 / 廣告等,不論在港或往外地拍攝,如需僱用本會
武師或替身時,其必須要僱用本會武術指導邟U。
- 武術指導之薪酬可由其本人或由本會代議。
- 其他工作崗位薪酬則由本會委員會開會決定。
- 大陸,台灣,澳門的拍攝組如在港或到外地拍攝時,若僱用本會會員工作時,其公司所屬的武術指導,副指導,武師替身等皆須繳付臨時入會費 (屈時由委員會開會決定),成為臨時會員,有效期為一年及必須要僱用本會一名副指導邟U其拍攝。
備註:所有臨時會員不受本會規例保障。
- 會員參加會議時,不得無故缺值或遲到。

- 每月上期會費若 遲於每月一日繳交時,作逾期論。
- 逾期交會費者,將被罰款。
- 逾期未交會費者將會喪失本會一切保障。
- Association meeting will be held yearly on November. All members have to attend.
- 委員會每兩年重新選舉一次。委員可以連任。
- 會費由每年十一月一日起計算。新會員入會時,如時間少於六個月才到十一月一日者,則只須繳交半費。如多於六個月者,則須繳交全費。
- 委員會每月開例會一次,時間由委員會自訂。
- 本會如要解散時,如擁有物業或財產,皆悉數送給香港合法之慈善機構。
- 有關本會所有條例,本會有權隨時修改,並以本會決定為最後依歸。

初級動作特技演員工作守則:
- 不能當指導, 副指導, 替身。
- 拍攝動作時,如沒有本會之武術指導或副指導監督下,不得工作。
- 不能做動作特技演員的動作之高難度動作:
如吊毛,抽恣A扭撻等。翻滾動作:凌空翻滾之動作。
- 不能做彈床動作。
- 不能做威也動作。
- 不能當正式威也組(四人一組)組員,但在協助威也組需要額外人手時, 初級動作特技演員可加入邟U。
- 從高處跳下:不論是跳水或在陸地上,不能高於離地八呎。
- 拍攝爆破場面時如所使用的爆炸品是:,
粉彈: 初級動作特技演員必須保技其距離五呎以外。
汽油彈:初級動作特技演員必須保技其距離三十呎以外。
- 拍攝飛車及撞車場面時, 只可作路人閃避動作.。
- 可以作中槍反應(只限血漿反應彈)。
- 可以上位對打, 只可在同一鏡頭前, 攻擊和反應。
總數兩下(背鏡頭不在此限)

Qualification of joining us as special skill members:
- One is good at sport or special performance is eligable to join our association. Once approved by our committee, one will become our member.
- Welfare and Protection:
- If a suitable job is found, we will refer the member to related employer.
- Enjoy discount from the appointed shops with the membership card.
- We guarantee that member can get paid after a job is complete.
- The wages and other conditions can be negotiated by special skill member or by us with the employer.
- If a job is confirmed, we charge 10% of the wage as referral fee.
- Special skill member should know that our association is acting as an agency; a company or a person who hires our members will treat as the actual employer.
- Totally 9 hours for 1 session. If work overtime, require to pay extra 20% of the wages.
- If NOT exceeding 30 minutes for a session, it doesn't count as overtime.
- If exceeding 30 minutes but not exceeding 60 minutes, it counts 1 hour overtime working.
- Definition of the notice postpones:
- Not require to pay if our member receives postpone notification 24 hours BEFORE the start working time stated in the notice.
- Require to pay half day daily wages if our member receives postpone notification 24 hours WITHIN the start working time stated in the notice.

- Special skill member should have HSBC or Hang Seng bank account for deposit the salary.
- Once a job is complete, member should ask the employer to fill out the job duty form which is a reference for verification in the future.
- Once we received the wages from employer, we will transfer the wages to member's bank account.
- If a member is being complaint by employer, membership status will be terminated if it is proved.
- Membership Fee should be paid on November 1 every year.
